Oceanside Residence
Complete Renovation of a single family home. Took out a 16' wall between the Kitchen and dining Room to open the floor plan. We had our Architect & Engineer draw up plans for the city. We had the job permitted and approved by the city so all work was documented.
This was a complete renovation of a 6 unit Apartment building located on PCH in Laguna Beach. SoCal provided all products (Cabinets, Countertops, Doors, Lighting, Plumbing, ect.) & staged the model unit for the Owner to help lease all units.
We Renovated an out-dated office building common area to a more modern updated look to help the owner increase the rental price. This property is located on PCH in the heart of Corona Del Mar CA
This was a renovation of a Luxury Condo that rents on Air BnB for $20,000 per Month. We renovated the Master bathroom and the Living room and designed new custom closet systems for 2 Bedrooms.
